My Satisfactory Career Comes from My Dream

This is the third year of my teaching career. When I was a little girl, I dreamed to be a teacher when I grew up. Although many of you have this dream in childhood, however, each has a distinct reason. From my point of view in childhood, teacher is a great and powerful person with a lot of patience who has the exclusive capability of making the innocent become the knowledgeable. In order to achieve this goal, I really worked very hard at school when others sleeping, going shopping and dating. Finally, this dream came true and I became a teacher in a college, not a famous one but a pleasant enough place for me.

I like to sit on the grass with several students around on a sunny afternoon in spring and fall, talking about the current events or just some jokes. Only in this short period, I feel I am not a teacher but a friend of them indeed. We may criticize Lady Gaga’s latest album and photos or appreciate Van Gogh’s masterpiece. Immersing into such a relaxing environment, time passes quickly.

Last Tuesday, after chatting with them, I went back to my office to prepare the lessons on Thursday morning. It is about NEGOTIATION. I plan to raise some questions to them then let them discuss how to negotiate with the vendor in our daily life and share their experience of successful bargaining if we have enough time then. I searched a lot of tips for bargaining and a video online and prepared the class with some of my real experience to make it excellent and practical.

After having everything well prepared, I took my bag and drove to work on Thursday morning. When I got to the classroom, I took out my whiteboard marker, USB, and a Blue Laser pointer pen. Come to think of it, when you were ill in childhood, you may ask for a doll when mommy persuade you to take the medicine; you may give some snack to your classmate if you copy his or her homework; nowadays, you may negotiate price with a vendor when you wholesale something for your shop……

I Never Thought About This Until Now!

I want to let you know something that has been on my mind for quite some time now. In my articles I always write about building a list
and developing a relationship with my subscribers before marketing
any product to them.

Although building a list is still on the top
of my list of marketing ideas but just recently face-book has become
another way of getting leads or subscribers.

The sooner you learn face-book the better
off you will be for the future. It may take you a couple of months
to figure out face-book but it will be time well spent.

There is something I have found out about face-book and I was
thinking this could work for a lot of people willing to put the
effort in and learn how face-book works, imagine you could teach
face-book to others who didn’t know, maybe to businessmen owners in
your area you could give a demonstration and make money for doing
it and you could even make some videos and teach it online.

You want to start with face-book pages also called fan pages. These
are great for advertising your business with an introduction video
on your face-book page and then start building fans this is huge
because you can build an audience interested in what your selling
online.
